You know the old saying, "Curiosity killed the cat" ??? Yeah, I suppose you do. Newsflash!!! As I was scouring Subby profiles today, I came across some philosophical person with a newfangled, yet somewhat familiar quote on their avvie. "Ignorance killed the cat, but Curiosity was blamed." Well, ladies and blockheads, I think we can all probably relate to that. In some way. I mean, have you ever seen a dead cat?? (To all you peeps at ____ Middle School, you know what I am talking about, except that I refuse to believe that the cat was dead, cuz it was gone during brunch.) Squashed by a car maybe? Lets face it, the cat wasn't looking adoringly at the wheels and got squashed under it for its efforts. It was probably running across the road when some good-for-nothing driver happened to roll over it and the cat didn't get a moments notice. Or not. Anyway, the cat was ignorant of the car. Yeah. So our good friend Curiosity is not to be blamed for anything. Even inquisitive parents. I'm glad we cleared that up.
